Q: I am afraid of viruses. How can you prove your program is not a virus?
A: Here is a virustotal check. However, some antiviruses can detect program as malicious. This is because program protected with special software, which antiviruses may not like. Please don't worry, it's false positive, so just add program to whitelist.

Q: Is it cheat? Can I get banned for using this software?
A: Yes and yes. You using it at your own risk.

Q: How should I configure the program to cause less suspicion?
A: Do not set "engine depth" parameter too high (it will be enough to set value to something like 5). Also use delays. For and use advisor mode.

Q: I want to use this bot, but it's not supporting the chess website, where I play.
A: Please send us a message with the link to this website and we'll see what we can do about it.

Q: Bot running slow!
A: First of all try to use "Instant (without delay)" profile. Secondly decrease "Engine Depth" parameter. Thirdly try to lower your screen resolution.

Q: Bot doesn't work for me!
A: Please follow these recommendations:

1. Make sure that board and pieces looks like shown on screenshots.
2. Use Chrome only.
3. Use recommended screen resolutions: 1366x768, 1440x900, 1600x900, 1920x1080. Color depth: 32 bit
4. Make sure that your browser's zoom (scaling) is set to default (100%) on the page with the game.
5. On Windows - right click on desktop -> Display settings -> set the size of text, apps and other items back to 100% (the slider). Restart Windows after that.

Q: I've done everything that described in instructions, but the program doesn't work!
A: First of all try to run program as administrator and make sure that your antivirus is not blocking it.

Secondly, you may try to do following:

a) Close bot program and close browser.
b) Right-click the "ChessBot.exe" file and select Properties. If the application is on the taskbar, right-click the taskbar icon, right-click the application’s name, and select Properties.
c) Click the Compatibility tab and click the “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings” checkbox. After you do, close the application and re-open it.
d) (!) Repeat same action for browser (for example, if you using Google Chrome, than right-click "Chrome.exe" -> etc...)
e) After that try to launch browser and then start bot as usual.

It would be a lot easier to help you, if you record program behavior, using services like, or even with your phone. Also please make sure that cursor is visible on the screen while recording.

Q: Is there any version for Mac?
A: Unfortunately this program is for Windows only.

Q: I don't have PayPal account, can I purchase the key using another way?
A: At this moment PayPal is the only option available.

Q: Can I use my key on another device?
A: No, you can use one registration key on one device. Using the key on multiple devices may cause ban for this key.
